• Review your current marketing strategies.

• So now calculate your completion date. Easy does it, three months from todays date and then add 9 days (or whatever is appropriate).
• Start by increasing your stock on hand, not all but a portion that you know sells very well.
• Increase stock items, is you sell toothpaste, also sell toothbrushes etc.
• Review business premises, they are clean and tidy aren’t they, and the shelves well stocked. Top up with more product orders.
• Reduce overheads. Maybe a topic for after the challenge has been completed.
• Review staff – look at the employment contract requirements for each staff member, then ask:

‘Are these conditions being adhered to?

‘Does the staff member need additional training on the goods and services that you sell?

• The very last Have a critical look at your business premises –

Is it inviting for the public?

Have you got your Open Hours signposted outside your premises?

Have you got your Website address signposted outside as well?

Have you got your Phone number on that signpost as well?

PS                   If I was you, I’d keep a note, word, exercise book, whatever makes sense to you, as to the progress that you have made and of course, the plans for the 100 days, from kick-off to completion. Of course, it’s not just the number of days, but the income that this exercise generates.
